When we reach out to our neighbors and make new friends (or renew old ones), our quality of life is increased. This proposal, prepared by a subcommittee of the Community Outreach Planning Steering Committee of the Urban Affairs Coalition and the Philadelphia Youth Football Academy, integrates social, academic, physical fitness, healthy living and workforce enrichment programming and the human capacity for connectivity into community center programming that is dedicated to supporting lasting bonds between constituents of the Northwest Philadelphia area.
